In between the lush, green summer months and the dreary, gray winter, fall is a time for spectacular colors. This confetti of colors, from yellows, oranges, reds, and pinks, is very reminiscent of the colors of a sunset. And as the sun sets on autumn, the colors fade and fall away into the past, until next spring when the budding flowers return color to our streets.
In this month’s color palette, Colorado’s Colorful Confetti, the ground is littered with the colorful leaves of a fading season near Aspen, Colorado.
