Fall in Colorado…the tinkling sounds of Aspen leaves blowing in the breeze, decorating the ground in colorful splendor. We have embraced the Aspen tree in Colorado, not only by naming our towns and local streets, but primarily by enjoying the beauty it provides us year after year during the Fall season.

The weather is a touch cooler! Put on a jacket and hike or bike the many trails our beautiful state has set aside for all of us to savor while outdoors. It is the perfect way to escape from the chaos of our chosen profession or business life.

What better way to gain much-needed balance in our lives? Nature helps enable us to feel more grounded, its solitude gives us time to think, time to inhale the fresh air and clear the cobwebs that have gathered inside our head. So it is also a perfect time to bask in the myriad of color splashed across the mountain campsite, carpeted in varied shades of gold, the browns that decorate the tree bark and the greenery of nature.

This color palette is soothing, mindful of natural hues and helps us feel refreshed, when ultimately Monday morning arrives again.
