Life is an adventure for Dale Falini, her curious nature probing to figure out who someone really is. Through understanding others, she finds joy and energy in the human connection. For over 40 years Dale has worked with women, families and at risk-youth in a professional role as a social worker, counselor, and life coach. Her education and unique experiences qualify her to help guide others to learn to experience a deeper sense of who they are and give them the confidence to stand out in the world.

If you work with Dale, she will walk with you through this journey of discovering all you are designed to be! She understands that there is freedom in letting go of all the baggage, discovering who you are, and the worth you have! She adheres to a policy of confidentiality and privacy. Your story is safe with her. Although not practicing as a counselor, she upholds the counseling ethics of maintaining confidentiality. Your story will not only be kept safe, it will be respected and validated.

Outcome and Results

Join Dale for some much-needed time to find your inner-self and focus on self-compassion. She leads many interesting and insightful groups that have now been moved online through Zoom. The many programs offered are outlined on her website with inviting colors to compliment her flair for life. She has meet-ups and Flourish, an online community of women aspiring to live authentic and courageous lives. Dale is a Daring Way™ Facilitator, a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.
